The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and provided a comfortable retreat after a day of explorations. The SPA facility, while impressive, comes at an extra cost, which may impact your overall expenses. The restaurant offered delicious meals at reasonable prices, complemented by a serene atmosphere that enhanced the dining experience. However, the absence of an elevator to the 2nd floor could pose a challenge for guests with heavy luggage. The staff, particularly Ms. Calina, demonstrated exceptional hospitality and went above and beyond to assist us in a time of need, showcasing the hotel's dedication to guest satisfaction. Subcarpati presents a good value proposition with its modern amenities and attentive service, making it a recommended choice for travelers seeking a comfortable stay in Romania.
